"I started my first day at a body weight
of 246 pounds, 21% body fat and a 42 inch waist. He clearly explained
to me over the next 12 weeks that the three most important things
will be: rest, food (diet) and training. He broke up my program in
four week programs. We did cardio and abs in the morning and a body
part of weight training in the afternoon. He had me keep a journal/daily log of
what we did that day from rest to eating to training."
